Throughout the last few years of perfecting our recipe, and a trip to Italy, we have truly been inspired by the quality of ingredients and the level of appreciation that the Italians have for food and how they grow it. Grano Duro is the Durum wheat semolina imported from Italy that we have chosen to exclusively use to make our pasta and handmade pasta. Our name is a direct representation of who we are today, as a company.
